Terms and Conditions for Payment Gateway (Razorpay) ECL PRO

1.   Acceptance of Terms

1. By accessing and using the Payment Gateway to make payments for your player registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Entertainers Cricket League.
3. ECL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Payment Gateway after such modifications shall signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.   Payment Processing

• All payments made through the Razorpay Payment Gateway are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Razorpay. ECL is not responsible for the payment processing services provided by Razorpay.
• The registration fee for participating in ECL is Rs 999+Taxes/- and must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR).
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a payment, including your name, email address, billing address, payment information, and any other required details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment information and for all activities that occur under your account. ECL shall not be liable for any unauthorized transactions conducted through your account.

3.   Payment Methods

• The Razorpay Payment Gateway supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and Unified Payments Interface (UPI). You may select your preferred payment method during the registration process.
• You agree to comply with any additional terms or conditions imposed by Razorpay or your payment method provider.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen payment method is valid, current, and has sufficient funds or credit limit to cover the registration fee.

4.   Transaction Security

• ECL prioritizes the security of your payment information. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, which utilizes industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard your data.
• While ECL and Razorpay strive to protect your payment information, you acknowledge that no online payment system is completely secure, and you use the Payment Gateway at your own risk.
• In the event of a suspected security breach or fraudulent activity related to your payment, you must notify ECL immediately at helpline@eclpro.in

5.   Refund Policy

• All registration fees paid through the Razorpay Payment Gateway are non-refundable. Once you have applied for registration, the registration fee is final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• In the event that the ECL is cancelled for any reason, players will be notified via email, but registration fees will not be refunded.
• If a player fails to attend or participate after registration, no refunds will be issued.
• Players are encouraged to review their commitment to participating in ECL before completing their registration payment.

6.   Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from transactions processed through the Razorpay Payment Gateway must be resolved directly with Razorpay. ECL will not be liable for any payment-related disputes or issues.
• For disputes related to the payment process, you may contact Razorpay customer support at [insert Razorpay support_______________].
• If a transaction is deemed fraudulent or unauthorized, Razorpay will investigate the matter. ECL will cooperate with Razorpay to resolve such issues and may provide necessary documentation or assistance as required.

7.   Limitation of Liability

• ECL will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Razorpay Payment Gateway or any errors, interruptions, or delays in payment processing.
• ECL does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Razorpay Payment Gateway and shall not be held liable for any failure or malfunction of the service.
• In no event shall ECL's liability exceed the total amount of the registration fee paid by you.

8.   Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ECL, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Razorpay Payment Gateway, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims against ECL arising from your actions.

9.   Modificationof Terms

• 9.1 ECL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through notifications on the ECL website.
• 9.2 Continued use of the Payment Gateway after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
• 9.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

10.   Travel Allowance Policy

• Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) will not provide any travel allowance for individuals who select a city for participation in the Services.
• Upon your selection of a city, you accept that all travel expenses incurred in relation to your participation shall be your sole responsibility, and Entertainers Cricket League (ECL)) shall bear no financial obligation for such expenses.

11.   Governing Law

• 11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• 11.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12.   Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
